Awoken by the urge to go to the toilet. Since yesterday, I produced a watery faeces, not solid one. Due to the curiousity building up last night, I searched about Diarrhoea on the internet and found this from Wikipedia


In medicine, diarrhea (from the Greek, "diarrhoia" meaning "a flowing through"), also spelled diarrhoea (see spelling differences), is the condition of having frequent loose or liquid bowel movements.

The loss of fluids through diarrhea can cause severe dehydration which is one cause of death in diarrhea sufferers. Along with water, sufferers also lose dangerous amounts of important salts, electrolytes, and other nutrients.

Diarrhea can also be caused by dairy intake in those who are lactose intolerant.

Diarrhea that is associated with more general illness such as non-cramping abdominal pain, fever, weight loss, etc

I'm afraid I will be hospitalised. I don't want to die early. I'm too young to die T_T

I made up my mind to go for checkup at Panaga Health Centre later in the afternoon. Can't stand this fever and stomach cramp anymore. Suffered enough X_X

went to Panaga Health Centre. My mom made an appointment earlier this morning. I met up with Dr. C. J. Redgmen *ngam kali spellingnya*. I told him that I had fever and diarrhoea for the past two days. My body temperature today was 37.1 degree Celsius. XD He prescribed me some medicines.

Paracetamol tablets
Loperamide tablets 3mg
Oral rehydration salts

I think I'm okay now, even before I consume the medicines.lolx!
