This morning we practiced Gulingtangan at school. Members of gulingtangan who came for the practice were me, Ambrose, Ziman, Farid, Jeanifer, Jannah and Lely. We wasted an hour doing nothing in the school compound. The admin block was locked. No teachers were in sight. At around 9, me Jean and Ambrose were walking near the admin block when we heard a noise inside the block. We entered it from the back door *the one near the MPH*. We creeped inside, going upstairs. There was complete silence and there was no one. We went downstairs and met two teachers. We asked from them the keys for the teachers' common room.
Finally, we had the access to enter the room!!! WOOHOO!!
this is Ambrose, one of our member. A chinese. LOL!!~ I nagged him to join this gulingtangan club~ BELIEVE IT OR NOT. . .
The practice was okay. I managed to learn two new song; Adai-Adai and Joget Mukun Menyubuh. The two other song that I knew how to play were Alus Jua Dendang and Dang Mengalai. =)
The practice ended roughly around 10.30am. We then went to the shop. I bought a bar of chocolate and Cornetto's ice cream cone. Yummy!
